A proper look at how you work: your chair, screen, keyboard, posture and how often you get up. For individuals and whole teams. Most desk-based neck, back and wrist pain traces straight back to the setup. We can do this in clinic, in your office, or over video.

Deep tissue and soft tissue work to help you recover, stay injury free and keep performing. We run it alongside your physiotherapy rather than on its own, for marathon runners, cyclists and anyone at a desk carrying long-standing tension through the shoulders and back.

Shockwave Therapy

Sound waves delivered through the skin to stubborn tendon pain that has not settled with exercise alone: heel pain, shoulder pain, Achilles and knee tendon problems. Nothing is injected and nothing is cut. We always run it alongside a rehab programme rather than instead of one.

Surgical Recovery

Post-Operative Rehabilitation

Rehab after surgery, working to your surgeon’s plan: knee and hip replacements, ACL reconstruction, shoulder and Achilles repairs. We take you from the careful early weeks through to full strength, and you move on to the next stage when you have earned it, not when the calendar says so.

Trigger-Point & Acupuncture Therapy

Dry Needling & Acupuncture

Fine needles into the tight, tender knots in a muscle to help release them and settle the pain. We only offer it after a full physiotherapy assessment, and always as one part of a wider plan rather than a treatment on its own. Sterile single-use needles, and we check it is safe for you every visit.

Performance & Injury Prevention

Running Assessment

We film you running on the treadmill and play it back in slow motion, then check your strength and mobility alongside it. For runners with an injury that keeps returning, a marathon in the diary, or a decision to make about shoes. You leave with a written plan.
