"I had a fantastic experience working with Katrina as my physiotherapist. From the start, she was incredibly friendly and genuinely listened to my concerns. She adapted my rehab plan specifically to suit my individual needs and time frame, as I was preparing for a move and had a clear goal to be back playing football. Katrina not only helped me reach that goal right on time, but she also used a variety of techniques, including dry needling and massage, to relieve tightness in the surrounding muscles and support my overall recovery. Her attention to detail, encouragement, and tailored approach made a real difference in my progress. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a physio!"

"Katrina is outstanding. After struggling with a stubborn Achilles injury, she not only got me pain-free but back to running and sport. Her expertise in acupuncture, massage, and tailored rehab planning is second to none. On top of that, she brings great energy and conversation that make each session genuinely enjoyable. If you need a physio who combines real skill with a personal touch, Katrina is the one to see."

"Great experience with Katrina. She helped me with a sprained ankle with a very doable and effective treatment plan. The exercises were not overcomplicated and easy to incorporate into my day to day life which meant that I actually did them and was able to recover within 5 weeks in time to do a tough mudder. Really easy to chat to! Would recommend."

"Katrina was great with me! I had a hip injury and expected it to take ages to fix but with the exercises she gave me to do and acupuncture, it all went away quite quickly. I now have exercises I can do regularly in the future and knowledge on how to prevent. Great experience!"

Helping your body move well,
as it was designed to.

We are an experienced and dedicated team of physiotherapists, and we have been treating central London since 1997. That is 28 years across 6 clinics, with every physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. We accept 7 of the major UK insurers, including Bupa, AXA, Vitality, Aviva, Cigna, Nuffield Health and WPA.

Our main philosophy is to help your body move well, as it was originally designed to do. Modern life builds muscle imbalances that put unnecessary strain through the body, and over time that shows up as pain at your desk or an injury when you train. Finding those imbalances is what your first 60 minutes with us is for. Across 6 clinics and 8 physiotherapy services we then correct the movement faults behind the pain and rebuild your strength, so the problem stops coming back.

First appointments run 60 minutes and follow-ups 45, and you leave every session with a written plan. Our aim is to get you better and give you the tools to stay better for the long term, so we discharge you when you can manage on your own, not on the first day the ache eases. We are open 07:30 to 20:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays, and you do not need a GP referral to book.

Your journey,
step by step

Initial Assessment

Sixty minutes to hear the whole story, examine how you move, and work out what is actually causing the problem. You leave knowing the diagnosis and the plan, explained in plain terms.

Treatment

Hands-on treatment paired with the exercises that rebuild your strength and technique. You get a written summary of what we did and why, plus the work to do between sessions.

Reassessment & Discharge

We measure your progress against where you started, every visit. You are discharged once you have the tools to look after yourself, not on the first day the pain eases.

Common
questions

Do I need a GP referral to book physiotherapy?

No. You can book straight in through our online booking page or by calling 0203 004 8500. If you are claiming on private health insurance your provider may ask for a GP referral, so it is worth checking your policy first. If you are paying for yourself, you never need one.

Which insurers do you accept?

We accept most major UK health insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, Cigna, Nuffield Health and WPA. Most insurers ask you to get authorisation before your first appointment, so please sort that out with them first. We can also issue receipts if you are claiming the cost back yourself.

How many sessions will I need?

Most recent injuries settle in 3 to 6 sessions over 4 to 8 weeks. Longer-standing problems, such as stubborn back pain, recurring tendon pain or recovery after surgery, usually need 6 to 12. We will give you a realistic idea at your first appointment and review it every visit. We will not sell you sessions you do not need.

Where are your clinics?

We have six central London clinics: Soho (WC2H 0DT), UNTIL Bishopsgate (EC2M 4RB), Devonshire Row in the City (EC2M 4RH), 162 Regent Street (W1B 5TB), UNTIL Marylebone off Oxford Street (W1H 6HJ) and Canary Wharf (E14 5HX). The same team works across every site, so book whichever one suits your day.

Is physiotherapy safe during pregnancy?

Yes, at every stage of pregnancy, when you are seen by a physiotherapist trained in this area. We regularly treat pelvic girdle pain, low back pain and rib pain in pregnancy, and help you prepare for birth and recovery afterwards. Several of our team have particular experience here, so do mention pregnancy when you book.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, any scan reports or GP letters you already have, your insurer details if you are claiming, and a note of any medication you take. Every site has private treatment rooms and we can provide a gown. Allow 60 minutes for a first appointment.
