How we use cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies to deliver core booking functionality and, with your consent, to measure how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third parties to track visitors across other sites.
The cookies we set
- Essential: required to remember your consent choice and to deliver the site without errors. Set without consent because removing them would break the site.
- Analytics (with consent): PostHog (EU region) records anonymised page views and clicks on call/booking buttons after you click "Accept" on the consent banner. No form input, names, addresses, or clinical detail are ever sent to PostHog.
Managing cookies
You can revoke analytics consent at any time by clearing the cookie banner choice via your browser's site settings — your next visit will re-prompt for consent. To opt out of all analytics, simply click "Reject" on the banner the next time it appears. Modern browsers also let you block all third-party cookies if you prefer.
